Batches of ten, refund for each we miss
You prepay a batch of ten. We size the market, run the outreach, qualify every reply and forward the owners who fit. If the batch closes short, each missing lead is refunded or credited to the next batch, your choice. No retainer, no setup fee, no contract; it runs month to month and you can stop after any batch.

Eight delivered, two refunded or credited. The lead definition is written down before launch, so there is no argument about what counts.
What a lead costs
Between $350 and $700 per lead. The price depends on the type of search (sell-side owner outreach, buy-side thesis search, add-on search) and how large the reachable market is. We quote after sizing, and the quote is the price; nothing is added later.
What is not a lead
An out-of-office, a "remove me", a broker, a company outside the written criteria, or a reply we cannot verify as the owner. Those are never counted and never charged.
Why per lead and not a success fee
We are not a licensed broker-dealer and do not take a share of your fee or a percentage of the transaction. Finder's fees tied to a deal closing are regulated activity in the US; charging a flat price per qualified conversation keeps you and us on the right side of that line and keeps our incentive on quality, not on pushing a deal.

Four questions, two minutes. We size your market before we quote, so the first reply you get from us is a number, not a pitch.
