Konverrt is run by Gio Bezhanishvili. A small team researches the market, writes the copy, and reads every reply. The same people you talk to on the first call.

What we send

Short, plain emails to business owners about their specific company, from our own aged domains, at human volumes. Every word approved by the client before it goes out.

What we refuse to do

• Count a "remove me", a broker or an out-of-office as a lead
• Send the same owner to two clients
• Take a success fee or a share of a transaction
• Send from a client's own domain unless they ask for a dedicated estate
• Make valuation claims in outreach copy
