Owners who said yes to a conversation about selling, delivered hot to your inbox

In batches of 10. No retainers. Month to month. Deal origination for M&A advisors and lower-middle-market PE firms: every lead is a business owner who replied in their own words, and any we miss is refunded.

I am on a vacation, which is oddly enough really the only time that I have to see these types of emails. I would be open to a conversation with you next week when I am in. Send me a couple of dates/times that work for you and we can find a match.

What you get

A batch is ten conversations, not ten names

Each lead is a business owner who replied to our email and said, in their own words, that they are open to talking. We check the company against your criteria before it reaches you, write one line on why it fits, and forward the thread. You take it from there, or we book it for you.

You see every email before it sends

Short, plain emails in the owner's language, from domains that never touch your firm's name. You approve every word. If you want them to go out under your own name instead, that is a setting, not a negotiation.

Handoff the way your firm already works

Forwarded email with the thread and a fit note. CC your partner, a shared sheet, or your CRM if you prefer. One client wanted the owner introduced straight to their operating partner; we built that in a week.

Sent from infrastructure that is already warm

We run our own estate of aged domains and warmed mailboxes, built for deliverability, so your first emails go out within days and your firm's domain never touches cold outreach. If you want the emails under your own name, we set up a dedicated estate for you as a one-time investment.

How it works

Five steps from your mandate to a forwarded owner reply.

  1. 01

    Mandate

You tell us the owner you want: industry, size band, geography, ownership.

  2. 02

    Market sizing

We count the owner-run companies that fit before we quote a batch.

  3. 03

    Outreach

Plain emails, our domains, your approval, human volumes.

  4. 04

    Qualification

Every reply researched against your criteria; misses declined for you.

  5. 05

    Handoff

The thread, the fit note, and the owner's words, delivered how you work.

What owners wrote back

Unedited replies to emails we sent for clients. Names and companies removed; the words are theirs.

We can certainly talk. I'm usually available in the afternoons between 3 - 4pm.

I just bought out my senior partner and things have been going better than expected. I have been approached by several other firms and I'm always interested in as to how your company vet potential clients?

We may have an interest in your service for a certain segment of our company. I would be open to a conversation. What works for you?

Common questions

What does it cost, and is it a retainer or per lead?

Per lead, in prepaid batches of ten. $350 to $700 per lead depending on the search type and the size of your market. No retainer, no setup fee. We quote after sizing your market, and the quote is the price.

What happens if you do not deliver the ten?

Each lead we miss is refunded or credited to your next batch, your choice. The definition of a lead is written down before launch, so there is no argument about what counts.

What exactly counts as a lead?

A business owner (or the person who controls the sale) who replied to our email and said they are open to a conversation, whose company fits the criteria you signed off, verified by us before forwarding. Out-of-office replies, brokers, "remove me" and companies outside the criteria never count.

Whose name and domain do the emails go out from?

By default, our own aged, warmed sending domains and a sender who works for us, so your firm's domain and reputation never touch cold outreach and there is no warm-up wait. If you prefer the emails under your own name, we build a dedicated estate for you as a one-time investment.
