Proprietary deal sourcing for lower-middle-market PE
Owner-run companies that fit your thesis, platform or add-on, whose owner said yes to a call. We name your fund or keep it blind, your choice. Owners reply to a specific, named interest in their company, not to a generic "we buy businesses" email.
Who we reach
Private equity firms, independent sponsors, search funds and family offices with a written thesis. We build the universe from the thesis, not from a database we already own, and tell you how many owner-run companies fit before you buy a batch.
Platform and add-on
A platform search runs across one thesis and one size band. An add-on search runs from a portfolio company's own map: geographies to fill, capabilities to add, competitors to fold in. Both are priced per lead after sizing.
Named or blind
Some funds want their name on the first email because it opens doors. Some want the search blind until the owner has agreed to a conversation. Either way the sending domains are ours, so nothing touches your firm's reputation.
What a lead looks like
The owner's reply, the thread, and a fit note with ownership, what the company does, estimated size and what the owner said. An owner who writes "not for sale, but I would entertain a reasonable offer" counts; an owner who writes "remove me" never does.
What owners wrote back to buy-side searches
[Company] is not currently for sale. However, I would be willing to entertain a reasonable offer should one be made. If you would like to send me your client's preliminary proposal, I would be more than happy to take a look.
Sure. I can make time today or tomorrow for a 15-minute call.
I'd be open to a conversation. Please throw out some dates and times mid to late next week.

Four questions, two minutes. We size your market before we quote, so the first reply you get from us is a number, not a pitch.
